  I refrain from leaving poor reviews but the rudeness of the dispatch lady made me reconsider this time.
  had an appointment for 8am, the guys show up at almost quarter past 9am; I specifically told the dispatch to take my number and have them call me in case this sort of thing would happen. in all fairness, the guys said they were told to show at 9am; the guys were nice and did the job, despite being sent out without the proper tools (no ladder).
