  I have been a patient there for 3 years mostly seeing Susan who I liked. In August I lost my job...and my health care. In February I called the druggist to renew my prescription for blood pressure meds. Imagine my surprise when it was denied because I was no longer a patient. It surprised me! So here I sit with no doctor and no meds...and no insurance. I guess they dropped me because I had no job and no insurance. I called after hours...just to leave a message to straighten it out...of course they could have called me when they got the presrciption renewal request but didn't. All that I got was their "banker's hours" message and to call ER for emergencies. I guess that they expect me to pay them $150 for an appointment so that they can tell me that I do indeed need the meds that they said that I need? I rank them right up there with the Wall Street bankers...3 boos and a foul smelling dog!
