  I came in sat morning, the day behind the counter already had a grim look on her face like she hated life , did not say good morning did not say hello nothing no big deal. I order gas & my card does not swipe because the magnetic strip is worn out.so I asked her if she can punch in the numbers she rudely said "we cannot do that here" & threw my card back at me. I said "well I don't understand, any other gas station would be able to type the card in and pay for my gas, she said "well,we do not do that at this gas station and we're not like Walmart where all the customers are always right, I can refuse your service.
  
  At that point I asked her if I can speak with the manager she said "I am the manager" in a really snooty attitude, and the owner will back me on this 100% now get out of my store." Grabbed her phone and proceeded to dial some numbers.
  I too am a business owner and I could not imagine having this kind of customer service representing you as a manager of a store that people frequent on a regular basis.
  I normally I'm not the one that complains but this lady is completely rude and should not have the title is manager .
