  i hired mike smith - budget fence on january 12, 2017 for a complete fence replacement and 2 gates. i was promised that i would be next on the calendar to have my fence work, which was the following week. mike asked for 1, 000 deposit and promptly cashed the check. that was the last we have seen of mike and his company. FOUR MONTHS, 100's of calls, texts, and emails to mike and his company - without any resolve - no refund - no new fence. bad company, bad service,
