  The service was poor. The agent/ multiple line representative Christina Bell or whatever she was could not give the correct information that was needed after asking her several of times to show or give me something in writing stating what was the reason for a change in my insurance and what she was telling me. My question and answer was never resolved that cause me to call the 800 number to get the correct information that I needed to no and the service there was horrible.
