  I've been to this shop many times over the years and have never had the greatest experience, but always just assumed that they were busy and being mechanics, customer service wasnt necessarily going to be their strong point. Anyway, went to inquire about getting the a/c in my car fixed. 1st, I had to wait while the man in front of me and the guy behind the counter talked about the "old days". Meanwhile, the woman sitting at a desk behind him sat there literally doing nothing. Eventually, she gets up to walk out of the lobby, only to advise me that "someone would be right with me". Not her, not the 2 or 3 other people walking around behind the counter (maybe they were busy), but the one guy discussing the history of Apopka. When I finally do get recognized, I tell the man, I've been given a quote before, but didn't remember what the amount was because it was a while ago, but I was looking to get my a/c fixed. The man just walks away, picks up the phone and calls for "Chris". He then comes back and says, "Chris is the shop manager, he'll be able to answer my questions". Now, mind you, I am a very patient person (sometimes too patient), so I waited...and waited. People coming and going. Both customer and employees. After waiting for about another 10 mins and another call to "Chris", finally, Chris comes out with a paper in hand, walks to the front counter, lays the paper down and begins to walk out of the room. At no point did he ask anyone why he was called to the front or even ask me (1 of 2 people in the lobby) if I needed help. I mean, I understand, not everyone is a people person, but there has to be some kind of attention paid to customers or potential customers that walk in to your establishment. They've obviously come to you for a reason. I've spent a lot of money here over the years, but I guarantee, nobody in this place knows my name. Is that a deal breaker? No, but being a small business like this, you should have some sense of making people feel welcomed. Making them feel like they're appreciated for bringing their business to you. You're a mechanic, in Apopka. There are mechanics in Apopka every 1/2 mile. I don't understand how you can afford to be so careless about customers.

  They say they are all about family but if you're not in " the clique" you're not going to make it. Oh and not to mention I personally seen them doing things that were not needed to vehicles
