  Have an AC through this company that is only a year old. The AC quit working, they didn't call back till a week later. By that point I had to call another company, even though the AC is under warranty. They said a solenoid went bad and was causing a fuse to go out. Not a month later, it went out again (during regular business hours), again, they have not returned the call all day. Again, I will be having to call someone else and paying a service charge because they sold faulty equipment and fail to exercise any courtesy to call back to make an appointment to look at it.
