  I have been going here for years. I had a bad experience once and I agree with previous review, you take a chance with places like this , I only go to Claire she is Awesome, would not trust anyone else the bad experience I had was a Spanish lady she was horrible and actually was rough and hurting me during the haircut, even after I complained she did not care , it's a starting point for out of school beauticians ,Claire is a Manager and if she left I would not go back, she saved me from leaving,, because my wife called to complain about my marine haircut and I went back and she made a effort to make it right and refunded my money but no way I would let anyone else touch my head,, Thanks Claire you deserve a raise
